On the nose, sweet ginger, baking spices and honeydew melon reveal the wine’s oak aging; while red apple, citrus peel and flint on the palate show its fruit and terroir character. "Our 2021 Jaine Chardonnay Conner Lee Vineyard is pale to medium straw in the glass with aromas of kiwi, acacia and orange blossom essential oil. Flavors of vibrant tangerine, papaya and melon rind add complexity to the slightly astringent, dry, and chalky mouthfeel.
